Tuesday Painters
A mini exhibition. All the work is for sale.
"Tuesday Painters" are a group of local painters wishing to share their painting experiences with others. The aims of the group are to --
* Provide a working environment and social atmosphere for those with similar interests in the arts of painting and drawing.
* Cater for the many levels of development.
* Encourage experimenting in a wider range of subjects and media.
* Provide basic lessons in media skills for small groups at different levels of achievment.
* Give access to those wishing to participate in workshops with invited tutors.
The group has representatives on Active Arts Taupo to ensure the group's work conforms with, and enhances art in the region.
The group welcomes new members and will give encouragement to them whatever level of skill they may bring to the group.
