NEW BEGINNINGS is a 10 week supported programme designed to help you develop commitment as a new or current gym user to take on the challenge and work towards your personal goals.
1st time gym user, weight loss, 1st triathlon or marathon, lifestyle change or just in need of motivation - we will commit to meeting you for 10 weeks to give support and guidance to keep you motivated.

- Trainer/Client 1 on 1 Sessions (x6)
- Individual Progression Follow-ups
- Individual Goal Setting
- Final Re-Assessment
- Programme Overview, Final Results Sessions
