Swim For Life Program
This program has built on the successes of Water Safety NZ's ‘lotto take the plunge' in raising the awareness of the importance of learning to swim and increased opportunities for new Zealanders to learn to Swim. It is the national flagship for the promotion of this core life skill required for all Kiwi's.
Purpose: Every NZ child by the age of 12 will be able to swim 200m confidently with associated survival skills and understand key water safety.
